Camp Quality Visit

Many of our families have been touched by Cancer and navigating the journey of treatment can be scary, especially so for young children who feel they have no control over what is happening to them or those around them that they care about. Through the use of puppets Camp Quality demystify Cancer in a way that children can understand. Camp Quality visited Early Stage 1 and Stage 1 on Friday and introduced us to Kylie, a young girl with Cancer, and her BFF Mel. We learnt that you can’t catch Cancer and although people with Cancer may look a little different they are the same person they were before they got sick.
