Activity

Being physically active positively contributes to both current and future wellbeing, and students will experience sporting and active recreation opportunities in a fun, safe, and supportive environment that enhances their confidence and motivation to continue participating. They will also recognise that sport and active recreation can be inclusive and accessible to everyone, while developing their resilience, independence, and teamwork skills.
